9/11 Poem

Turn down your music,
Computers, TVs.
Just take a moment
in silence, please.

Septemeber eleventh:
A sad day, no doubt,
The whole World knows

what this is about.

We have people to miss

and heroes to mourn.

We have hearts that are broken

and lives that were torn.

So, bow your head;

Pray with me.

Remember the people

who died, tragically.

We'll hope for vengeance:

Our hope will not cease.

And for those that we lost:

Rest in Peace.
